Intro/Bio

As a young scientist and aspiring dentist, I love learning about the world and it's inner workings. I graduated from Snow College in Ephraim, UT with an Associate Degree of Science, and I am studying at Southern Utah University with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. I am a student in and out of the classroom: From the Utah mountains that surround my home to the smallest creatures invisible to the naked eye, I am constantly fascinated by the world and love to explore it.

I come from a family of seven, born and raised in Davis County, Utah. My parents are both music educators and taught me from a young age to appreciate both modern and classical music. Not only am I a science nerd, but also a self-proclaimed band nerd. From the age of eleven, I have studied the French Horn and I am currently a member of the SUU Wind Ensemble and the Orchestra of Southern Utah.

My daily interactions, decisions, and thoughts are inspired by a deeply rooted belief in the goodness of others. I find joy in simple things such as a smile from a friend, a phone call home, or a trip through my native Utah mountains.
